So what's this all about, anyway?

The Catholic Wife is not just about life as a Roman Catholic Wife - it is about our struggle as modern women living our lives and practicing the faith of the most ancient and True Christian church. A women in the 21st century has to work hard to keep herself centered on Christ when there is so much evil in the world trying to derail her! I started this site because I saw the need. So much of what is out there online for Christian women is very fundamentalist/Protestant evangelical in nature and is certainly not in line with what the Holy Mother Church teaches and knows to be true. I wanted to create a site where Roman Catholic women would feel welcome and not like outsiders. This site is less than a year old so there isn't much here. But I pray God continues to give me the guidance I need to let this site grow and reach out to all women, both Catholic and non-Catholic alike.

Our Project

If you are a camping enthusiast or love vintage travel trailers, you may want to check out the Our Project page. We recently purchased a 16 foot 1974 New Paris Traveler camping trailer. It has a lot of work that waiting to be done to it and we are going to chronicle our efforts to create our rolling "home away from home."
